John Buckridge is the Group President of Marmon Metal Services. John has been with Marmon since 2017. Before being promoted to Group President, he served as the President of Future Metals. John is a United States Navy Veteran and is a Board Member of Operation Socrates, an organization that provides a pipeline for military veterans to become teachers in K-12 schools, increasing the diversity of teachers in the United States. When not traveling, John enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 daughters.
George is the President at Marmon Metal Solutions and has been with the company since 2018. Prior to joining Marmon, George has had a variety of management roles working in different sectors of steel manufacturing. George is a huge sports fan. When he is not at work, he is volunteering for a nonprofit youth soccer group in Cleveland, Ohio that helps kids learn skills to eventually earn scholarships for higher education. George spent nearly a decade of his career working overseas with the military and believes it was the greatest training any individual could get. George holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration from John Carroll University.
Aaron leads Marmon Metal Service's manufacturing companies, Lakeland Mfg. & Reed Precision Machine. He started at Marmon in 2002 as a Sales Trainee. Aaron’s favorite part about working at Marmon/Keystone is the exposure to worldwide diversity. He spends weekends engaging in various activities with the kids and golfing. He likes to wind down with some laughs, watching episodes of Seinfeld and Sebastien Maniscalco - a true testament to his sense of humor. Aaron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Mount Marty University. Go Minnesota Vikings!
Lou is President of Marmon/Keystone Mexico. Lou has been with the company for 38 years and has held numerous positions including Account Manager, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, VP of Purchasing, VP of Sales, and President of M/K Canada. Lou’s favorite part about Marmon/Keystone has been receiving the support and resources he needed to grow markets, promote quality products and services, and advance acquisitions. When he’s not working, you can find Lou cheering on the Toronto Maple Leaf’s or golfing with his two very athletic sons. Lou has a German Shepherd named Maeve, who often spends time with him in the office. Lou studied Industrial Distribution at Texas A&M and Strategic Metals Management at Washington University in St. Louis.
Sebastien is the President of Marmon/Keystone Canada. Sebastien started with Marmon Keystone as an Inside Sales Supervisor for the Boucherville, QC facility in 2005. He then took on the role of Regional Manager in 2013. As the parents of four young boys, Sebastien and his wife Karine are always busy with their activities and cherish every minute of it. His outlook on life is no matter what you do, if you do it with people that you love, then it’s the perfect way to spend time. Sebastien is a highly motivated person; "I’m Still Standing” by Elton John is the only song he could listen to on repeat, and it would never get old. Sebastien holds a degree in Marketing Management from the University of Montreal.
Tracy is the Director of Human Resources. She loves to lead the Human Resources department with passion and believes in continuous improvement and efficiency. Tracy spends her free time vacationing with her family on the beautiful beaches of the gulf coast. She also loves to spend time with her dog Kobe. On the weekend, you can find Tracy cheering her kids on at their sporting events. Tracy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Slippery Rock University.
Alavi is the VP of Technology and Innovation. Alavi began his career as an intern at Marmon/Keystone over 20 years ago. He has used this distinctive career path to pursue the growth of Marmon/Keystone’s technology team. At the fundamental core of his ideology, Alavi believes the people are the company’s greatest assets. Alavi spends his free time working on improvement projects to help his friends, family, and church group. He also loves spending time with his wife and two daughters vacationing in Florida. He currently speaks three languages and hopes to pick up Chinese one day. Alavi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
Rob is Marmon/Keystone’s VP of Sales and Supply Chain Management. Rob has over 25 years in the metals industry. From fabrication and manufacturing to service center supply chain management, he has worked in various roles and levels of management. He is impressed with the management team synergies he has experienced so far at Marmon/Keystone. In his free time, you are likely to find Rob spending time outdoors with his family hiking, cycling or enduro riding. Rob has a passion for hockey and fondly remembers how his father never missed a single hockey game of his growing up. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario in Economics and Urban Development. He also has a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
Rob is the VP of Operations for Marmon/Keystone. Rob started with M/K in 2022 as the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement and was soon after promoted to VP of Operations. He loves how working for Marmon/Keystone provides access to additional learning opportunities through LinkedIn Learning. During his time off, he is pursuing a 2nd degree black belt in Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Hapkido, and Judo. He also enjoys spending time with his family and his dogs, Biggie and Bubba. Rob attended Keller Graduate school of Management and earned his MBA with a concentration in Operations Management.
