Jamie has been with the Marmon Group for 12 years and has served as Marmon/Keystone’s President for the past two. His favorite part about working at Marmon/Keystone is the entire workforce feels like one big family. On weekends, you can find Jamie watching sports with his daughter, Katie, and cheering on their favorite teams. His wife and son, Mary Beth and Drew, have also been a constant source of support throughout his career. Jamie has two dogs, Homer and Jake, and enjoys vacationing in Las Vegas. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Morehead State University.
Steve has been with the Marmon Group since 2006. His favorite part about working at Marmon/Keystone is the ability to manage a part of the business as if it were his own. On weekends, you can find Steve staying active with his physical fitness program, cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins, and spending time with his wife and three dogs. Steve and his wife’s favorite travel destination is Thailand and Southeast Asia. With his wife being from Bangkok, he hopes to someday learn to speak Thai. Steve attended Valley Forge Military Academy and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. Vincent College.
Tracy is the Director of Human Resources. She leads with passion and loves working in Human Resources because it is always about continuous improvement and making processes more efficient. Tracy enjoys vacationing and spending time with her family on the sunny beaches of the gulf coast. She also enjoys the company of her dog Kobe, an English Bulldog and Beagle mix. On weekends, you can find Tracy cheering on her teenage kids at their sporting events, or attending a baseball game with her family. Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Slippery Rock University.
Alavi started as an intern at Marmon/Keystone, and now serves as the VP of Technology and Innovation. He has dedicated his entire career to the growth of Marmon/Keystone’s technology team and believes the people are one of the company’s greatest assets. Alavi spends his free time working on home improvement projects to help out his family, friends, and church. If he could only bring a few things with him to a deserted island, he’d choose a hammer, nails, and a saw. When he has time to truly relax, he enjoys vacationing in Florida with his wife and two daughters. He currently speaks three languages and hopes to learn Chinese one day. Alavi holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
Tom is Marmon/Keystone’s Director of Purchasing for North America. He has been with the company since 2017. Like many others, Tom believes that Marmon/Keystone’s greatest assets are the people and the support of the management team. When Tom isn’t working, you can find him attending his kid’s events or watching college hockey. His favorite childhood memory is going fishing every summer in Michigan. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University and received his MBA from Lewis University.
Aaron oversees Marmon/Keystone’s Operations team. He started at Marmon in 2002 and has held Commercial, Sales Management, and General Management roles since. Aaron’s favorite part about working at Marmon/Keystone is the exposure to a diverse range of markets and businesses that drive the world. He spends weekends engaging in various activities with the kids, golfing, and exploring new craft beer breweries. He likes to wind down with some laughs, watching episodes of Seinfeld and Sebastien Maniscalco - a true testament to his sense of humor. Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Mount Marty University. Go Minnesota Vikings!
Lou is President of Marmon/Keystone Mexico. Lou has been with the company for 38 years and has held numerous positions including Account Manager, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, VP of Purchasing, Executive VP and now the VP of Sales. Lou’s favorite part about Marmon/Keystone is the fact that he has always received the support and resources he needed in order to grow markets, promote quality products and services, and advance acquisitions. When he’s not working, you can find Lou cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs or golfing with his two very athletic sons. Lou has a German Shepherd named Maeve, who often spends time with him in the office. Lou studied Industrial Distribution at Texas A&M and Strategic Metals Management at Washington University in St. Louis.
Robert is Marmon/Keystone’s VP of Sales. Robert has over 25 years in the metals industry. From fabrication and manufacturing to service center supply chain management, he has worked in various roles and levels of management. He is impressed with the management team synergies he has experienced so far at Marmon/Keystone. In his free time, you are likely to find Robert spending time outdoors with his family hiking, cycling or enduro riding. Robert has a passion for hockey and fondly remembers how his father never missed a single hockey game of his growing up. Robert holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario in Economics and Urban Development. He also has a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
George is a General Manager at Marmon Keystone. He has been with the company since 2018. George loves that Marmon Keystone allows the segmented business units to function autonomously. George is a huge sports fan. When he is not at work, he is volunteering for a nonprofit youth soccer group in Cleveland, Ohio that helps kids learn skills to eventually earn scholarships for higher education. Basketball is George’s favorite sport to watch--Zvonimir “Zorro” Boban, Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, and of course, Hulk Hogan, are his favorite athletes. George holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration from John Carroll University.
Mike is Marmon/Keystone’s Vice President of Transportation. Since 1984, Mike has held numerous positions with the company including Inside Sales, Account Manager, General Sales Manager, National Stainless & Aluminum Marketing Manager, & Director of West Sales just to name a few. His favorite part about Marmon/Keystone is the employees, customers, and vendors that he has gotten to know over the years. Mike likes to stay active by golfing at least once a week and walking a few miles a day. When he puts his feet up, you can find him laughing to Schitt’s Creek or cheering on Notre Dame, the Chicago White Sox, and the Chicago Bears. Mike attended Providence Catholic High School & Moraine Valley Community College.
Mike is the Vice President of Value Engineering at Marmon/Keystone. Mike has experience working in the steel industry for 34 years and has been with Marmon for 15. Mike loves that the company supports and helps employees focus and achieve professional goals. The leaders value their teams and all they have accomplished. Some of Mike’s hobbies include gardening, fishing, and golfing. His favorite childhood memory is playing golf with his father. Mike likes to relax by watching The Masters and vacationing in the Florida Keys. Mike has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo and an executive MBA from the University of Washington’s Olin Business School.
Sebastien is the General Manager of Operations in Canada. Sebastien started with Marmon Keystone as an Inside Sales Supervisor for the Boucherville, Qc facility in 2005. He was promoted to Assistant Regional Manager in 2009, then took on the role of Regional Manager four years later in 2013. As the parents for four young boys, Sebastien and his wife Karine are always busy with their activities and cherish every minute of it. His outlook on life is--no matter what you do, if you do it with people that you love, then it’s the perfect way to spend time. Sebastien is a highly motivated person; “I’m Still Standing” by Elton John is the only song he could listen to on repeat and it would never get old. Sebastien holds a degree in Marketing Management from the University of Montreal.
