Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to establish priorities and strategize solutions
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft products, in particular Excel, along with other web-based applications
  • Be self-motivated, detailed oriented, while being able to visualize desired end results
  • Prefer bachelor’s degree, though previous professional experience will be considered
Major Responsibility Areas and Duties
  • The job duties will include supervising all billing personnel, managing resource alignment, and suggesting system and procedure improvements to achieve timely billing
  • The role will determine best practices for billing and apply them company wide
  • Providing cross-training and logical backups for each type of billing.
  • Participate in projects that target business simplification, emphasizing billing and inventory designations with respect to billing, i.e., “mill-direct, buyout and stock billing”
  • Training and education of billing best practices
  • Billing load balancing, participating in certain billings where applicable
  • Billing customers with proprietary portals: Bobcat, CAT, CNH, Wabtec, Dresser-Rand, Siemens, and others
  • Handling of the Increases in number of customers and reactivation of lost customers, resources
  • Revenue Recognition standard practices, assess control weaknesses and develop remediation plan
  • Additional duties as assigned
Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions
  • Could be asked to provide physical activity including but not limited to, sitting, standing, bending, stooping, lifting to 10 pounds
  • Must be able to work in a stationary position for long periods of time
  • Must be able to move around the office to locate file cabinets, office machinery, etc
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, etc
  • Environmental conditions are inside
